In the central part of the traditional settlement of Lygouri stands this traditional stone-built detached house with a total area of 270 square meters on its own bright plot of 514 square meters.
The settlement of Lygourio is located less than five kilometers from the internationally renowned archaeological site of the ancient theater of Epidaurus.
It is a traditional mansion whose central building has been partially reconstructed.
It is spread over two levels with additional independent stone buildings of 96 m², 73 m², 35 m² and 16 m². M.

In the partially renovated building we have the first floor, which is in the initial stage, and the 1st floor, which is also in an unfinished stage, with openings, an exposed wooden roof, two (2) bedrooms and a single living-dining area.
Each stone building has a separate entrance, a courtyard where parking spaces can also be created, terraces, exposed stone walls and direct access to the garden.
Its unfinished state and its independence give us the possibility of configuring it in more than one residence.

The plot (514.02 m²) is fenced, airy and has access to two urban paved streets.
From the residence we can easily reach the urbanization on foot, which has all the necessary services for a permanent and quality life (health center, pharmacies, schools, supermarket, transport, etc.).
The closest beach is that of ancient Epidaurus, located about 15 kilometers from the center of the settlement.
There we can meet a beautiful picturesque settlement of great archaeological interest.

The area is famous for the ancient theater of Epidaurus with its outstanding summer festivals, the small theater of ancient Epidaurus in ancient Epidaurus and the sunken state on the beach of Gyalasi, which is an open and easy to visit archaeological site.
Less than 20 km away is Nafplio with its Venetian style and picturesque alleys.
