In the garden there is a further 20,000 liter cistern where the rainwater from the roofs is collected to be used for watering the garden. Garden irrigation completely automatic via control system.

Location: The hotel is located in the quiet south of the island, surrounded by olive groves and idyllic sandy beaches. It is the perfect place for an uncomplicated feel-good vacation with authentic Greek flair.

It is located in Lefkimmi in the south of Corfu, within walking distance of about 700 meters from the property you can reach an almost deserted small sandy beach with crystal clear water. You can also get on your bike and cycle to the sea. Good restaurants, tavernas and cafés await you in the village. In the surrounding area, beautiful excursion destinations and quiet sandy beaches with crystal-clear water invite you to explore and enjoy a relaxing swim.

The property was completely renovated and refurbished in 2019 and 2020. The air-conditioned accommodation boasts high-quality furnishings, a homely ambience and comfortable outdoor seating.
Equipment: Heating and cooling with 2 heat pumps one for the left half 9KW nominal power (27KW efficiency) and one for the right half 7KW nominal power (21KW efficiency) of the building, in all living rooms and bedrooms of the building individual with fan coil always all separately controllable.

Hot water via other heat pumps also left and right separately with 1.5KW each and each 800 liter hot water tank supported by solar on the roof with another 400 liter hot water tank.

Service water primarily a collection cistern of the community water under the veranda as this is always turned off in summer from 45,000 liters with high-quality Grundfos Silent submersible pumps and control control for the pressure requirement so that the correct water pressure is always available everywhere no matter how many taps are turned on in the house.

Also one pump for the left half and one for the right half of the house.

Last year we installed a reverse osmosis system for the house, which means that the water is of drinking water quality everywhere and is heavily decalcified.
Others: 2-storey in typical Greek skeleton construction built at the time.
Between 2019 and 2021 complete core renovation investment volume with pool area and gardens approx. 800.000€ investment volume.

Only the concrete pillars and load-bearing walls have remained standing, as well as the construction of the 3-storey kneeling floor 110cm and gable roof. The exterior is all brick and mostly with 5cm XPS insulation between the walls. Roof covered with Frankfurt tiles.

Roof to German standard with 20cm intermediate rafter insulation stone wool plus 4cm intermediate batten insulation and vapor barrier inside. First floor interior walls separating the suites with bricks, the rooms of the suites themselves with plasterboard, always 2-ply.

Double-walled in some cases, if appropriate and necessary, and always with acoustic insulation in between.
